1. Right to Cancel (Distance Selling Rules)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers typically have the right to cancel an online or phone order within 14 days of purchase. However, as a service-based business offering professional installation, this right does not apply once you agree to proceed with installation within the 14-day period. By booking an installation date within 14 days of placing your order, you explicitly waive your right to cancel under these regulations. This waiver is clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions, which are agreed to at the point of sale.

2. Cancellations & Fees

If you wish to cancel your order before installation, the following cancellation fees apply to cover administrative and scheduling costs:

  • £50 (incl. VAT) if you cancel more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment
  • £80 (incl. VAT) if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled installation

If you cancel after booking an installation within the 14-day period, you will not be entitled to a full refund and these fees will apply.

3. Returning Goods (Hardware Only Orders)

If you purchased hardware without installation, or if your installation has not yet been scheduled, you are entitled to a full refund under the 14-day cooling-off period, provided:

  • You notify us of your intent to cancel in writing (email is acceptable) within 14 calendar days of receiving your product(s)
  • You return the item(s) to us within 14 days of cancellation

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • All original components, accessories, manuals, and any free gifts must be included Returned items that are used, incomplete, or damaged may not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.

5. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return:

1. Email info@infinititracking.co.uk with your order number and reason for return

2. We will provide a return address and instructions

3. Return the product(s) using a tracked and insured delivery service

4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will confirm the outcome via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if originally offered for free. These may be deducted from your refund.

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your product is:

  • Not as described
  • Not fit for purpose
  • Not of satisfactory quality

You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Faults must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery, along with photos and your order number.

8. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Installed trackers- Custom or personalised tracker setups
  • Products returned after 28 days (unless faulty)
  • Items that show signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorised tampering

9. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product, please follow the standard return process and specify the replacement item. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.
